Our mission
USA Print exists because home and small-office printers shouldn’t be intimidating. Even simple tasks — connecting a printer to Wi-Fi, installing the right driver, scanning to PDF — are buried inside long, confusing manuals or behind paywalled “tech support” services. Our mission is to publish the clearest, most accurate printer help on the internet, completely free.
How we write our guides
Every tutorial is written by an editor with hands-on printer experience and reviewed for accuracy before publication. We use real devices, capture real screenshots and update guides whenever Windows, macOS or a printer brand releases meaningful changes.
Editorial principles
- Accuracy first. We don’t guess. If we’re not sure, we test, then test again.
- Plain language. No jargon. No fluff. Real, actionable steps.
- Helpful, not hype. We follow Google’s Helpful Content principles — written for people, not search engines.
- Transparent. We always disclose what we don’t know and what is unaffiliated.
What we are not
USA Print is not the official website of HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Xerox, Lexmark, Ricoh, Samsung, Dell, or any other printer manufacturer. We are not authorized resellers, repair partners or driver providers. When you need an official driver, we point you to the manufacturer’s own website. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
